Valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity. Recent personal bank statement showing a minimum balance of USD $2,000 (or equivalent), covering the last 3 months. The statement must include the name, statement period, and account balance. Recent color photograph taken within the last year. Curriculum Vitae (CV). Travel itinerary. Proof of Immigration Guarantee Commitment, to be fulfilled within 90 days of your Temporary Stay Permit issuance, by providing one of the following: a statement of commitment to deposit at least USD $130,000 (or equivalent) into a personal account at a state-owned bank in Indonesia, or a statement of commitment to purchase property in Indonesia (apartment or landed house) worth at least USD $1,000,000 (or equivalent). Visa must be activated within 90 days of issuance. You may reside in Indonesia for up to 5 years under this visa. Overstaying, unauthorized employment, or engaging in the sale of goods/services (unless explicitly permitted by your stay permit) is strictly prohibited. Freedom to enter and exit Indonesia as long as your re-entry permit is valid. Ability to engage in tourism, visit friends or family, and manage personal or investment interests. Eligibility to hold "Hak Pakai" (Right to Use) over property in Indonesia—lease agreements or informal rental contracts are not sufficient under this visa.
