Valid passport with at least 6 months of validity at the time of entry. Recent bank statement (last 3 months), under the name of the applicant or sponsor, showing minimum balance of USD $2,000 or equivalent. Recent color photo (taken within the last year). Curriculum Vitae (CV). Travel itinerary outlining your plans during your stay. Supporting letter or invitation from an institution (government or private), or a statement letter from a spouse/parent (Indonesian citizen) explaining family ties and planned activities in Indonesia. This must be accompanied by a Family Card or similar document. Each visit allows you to stay for up to 60 days, and with multiple re-entries, you can stay up to a maximum of 180 days total within the visa’s active period. Visa validity options: 1 year, 2 years, or 5 years. Cannot be converted to a Temporary Stay Permit (KITAS). Visa holders are not allowed to engage in any paid work, sell goods or services, or receive compensation from any Indonesian entity.
