Elizabeth is an entrepreneur and a seasoned legal professional committed to making legal support accessible to all. She holds a law degree from the University of Indonesia and has extensive experience advising multinational corporations and state-owned entities on complex legal and commercial matters in leading law firms, such as Dentons and LADVO. Her work has spanned high-stakes mergers & acquisitions (valued at over $150M USD), major restructuring projects (exceeding $100M USD), and a broad range of other issues.
As the founder of OneTap Legal, Elizabeth aims to help entrepreneurs and investors kickstart and grow their ventures on the island. In addition to her legal career, she also owns other businesses, giving her firsthand experience of the challenges that come with starting, managing and scaling a business.

Vikas is an entrepreneur and Co-Founder of OneTap Legal, where he serves as a Director in a strategic and investment capacity. His focus is on providing high-level guidance, supporting long-term vision, and contributing to overall growth strategy.
In addition to his involvement at OneTap Legal, Vikas is also a partner in a Dubai-based joinery business, giving him a broader international perspective on business operations and expansion. He is passionate about building and supporting ventures across diverse markets, combining an entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
Legal Consultant and Licensed Attorney
Ariel Putra is a licensed Advocate under PERADI with extensive experience in corporate legal affairs, licensing, regulatory compliance, contract management, and dispute resolution. Before joining One Tap Legal Solution, Ariel worked in the oil and gas industry as a Legal and Regulatory Affairs Supervisor and gained valuable experience in law firm practice, handling both corporate and litigation matters.
He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Indonesia, combining deep academic expertise with practical experience across the energy, logistics, and corporate sectors. At One Tap Legal Solution, Ariel focuses on strengthening legal and regulatory compliance frameworks, enhancing contract governance, and delivering strategic legal support to ensure seamless and compliant business operations for the firm’s clients.

Bernadeta is an experienced immigration consultant specializing in Indonesian and international immigration processes with more than 5+ years of experience. She holds a bachelor of law from Universitas Pendidikan National. Throughout her career, she has worked with various agencies and companies which focuses on expatriate services. She assists clients with visa planning, document preparation, and compliance, ensuring smooth and efficient applications. Known for her professionalism, clarity, and dedication, Bernadeta provides practical, tailored solutions for individuals, families, and businesses navigating complex visa and relocation requirements.
Tax & Accounting Consultant
Ray is a highly qualified tax consultant with over a decade of experience working as an auditor with the Tax Authorities. Holding a bachelor's degree in accounting, a master's degree in business management (with a specialized focus in financial management), and an associate's degree in tax law and tax studies, Ray blends academic expertise with hands-on experience. His deep knowledge of Indonesian tax law and regulations enables him to provide businesses with strategic tax planning and compliance solutions. Ray’s background in government audits gives him unique insights into the tax landscape, allowing clients to optimize their financial strategies and streamline tax processes. Hendra is an experienced Public Notary and Land Deed Official with a strong background in land transactions. Holding both a law degree (S.H.) and a master’s degree in notarial law (M.Kn), Hendra has a deep understanding of the legal complexities surrounding property and land dealings. His career includes valuable experience working in a financial institution, where he gained insights into the intersection of finance and real estate.
