Elizabeth Putri Anne, S.H.

Co-Founder & Corporate Legal Advisor

Elizabeth is an entrepreneur and a seasoned legal professional committed to making legal support accessible to all. She holds a law degree from the University of Indonesia and has extensive experience advising multinational corporations and state-owned entities on complex legal and commercial matters in leading law firms, such as Dentons and LADVO. Her work has spanned high-stakes mergers & acquisitions (valued at over $150M USD), major restructuring projects (exceeding $100M USD), and a broad range of other issues.

As the founder of OneTap Legal, Elizabeth aims to help entrepreneurs and investors kickstart and grow their ventures on the island. In addition to her legal career, she also owns other businesses, giving her firsthand experience of the challenges that come with starting, managing and scaling a business.

Vikas Jain

Co-Founder & Director of Strategy and Marketing

Vikas is an entrepreneur and the Co-Founder & Director of Strategy and Marketing at OneTap Legal. He manages the company’s operations, marketing, and strategic direction, playing a hands-on role in shaping its growth and client experience. In addition to his work at OneTap Legal, Vikas is also a partner in a Dubai-based joinery business, giving him a unique global perspective on business operations. He is passionate about helping businesses thrive in diverse markets, combining his entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.

Sigit Ardianto, S.H., LL.M. Esq.

Corporate Legal Advisor & Litigation Lawyer (LADVO)

Sigit is a highly experienced lawyer with over 15 years of practice across multiple jurisdictions, including Indonesia and the United States (U.S. Federal Law and New York State law). He began his legal career at DNC (Dermawan & Co), one of Indonesia’s top law firms, and later became a partner at Bahar & Partners. He also served on the national Task Force for New and Renewable Energy (Satgas P2EBT) under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources before founding his own firm, LADVO.

He has advised a wide range of clients—from government bodies and multinational banks to tech companies, state-owned enterprises, and private equity firms. His client list includes Pacific Carriers, Standard Chartered Bank, PT PP Persero Tbk, and the Government Investment Unit (PIP).

Ray Karunia

Tax & Accounting Consultant

Ray is a highly qualified tax consultant with over a decade of experience working as an auditor with the Tax Authorities. Holding a bachelor's degree in accounting, a master's degree in business management (with a specialized focus in financial management), and an associate's degree in tax law and tax studies, Ray blends academic expertise with hands-on experience. His deep knowledge of Indonesian tax law and regulations enables him to provide businesses with strategic tax planning and compliance solutions. Ray’s background in government audits gives him unique insights into the tax landscape, allowing clients to optimize their financial strategies and streamline tax processes. Hendra Praditya, S.H., M.Kn.

Public Notary and Land Deed Official

Hendra is an experienced Public Notary and Land Deed Official with a strong background in land transactions. Holding both a law degree (S.H.) and a master’s degree in notarial law (M.Kn), Hendra has a deep understanding of the legal complexities surrounding property and land dealings. His career includes valuable experience working in a financial institution, where he gained insights into the intersection of finance and real estate. Hendra’s expertise in land transactions and legal documentation ensures that clients can navigate property matters with confidence and compliance.

Yoga Pratama, S.H.

Junior Legal & Research Staff

Yoga graduated from the University of Udayana and has experience working as a Policy Monitoring Analyst Assistant at the Secretariat General of the House of Representatives of Indonesia (DPR RI), where he evaluated laws and collaborated with key stakeholders. He also previously served as a Legal Research Assistant at the Faculty of Law at University of Udayana, contributing to research publications and analyzing legal issues. His background in public policy and legal research equips him with a critical and detail-oriented approach to corporate legal matters, enabling him to navigate complex legal frameworks.
