Valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months. Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from a registered educational institution in Indonesia, stating the study program and its duration. Guarantee letter from a sponsor, which may be either: An accredited educational institution in Indonesia, or an Indonesian citizen. Proof of financial support to cover your living expenses during your stay in Indonesia. Recent color photograph (taken within the past year) Personal bank statement, min. USD $2,000 covering the last 3 months (name, date, and balance). The visa must be activated within 90 days of issuance or it will expire. Once activated, the Student Visa allows a stay of 1 or 2 years, depending on the duration of you choose. Stateless individuals or holders of non-national travel documents (e.g., emergency passports, laissez-passer, titre de voyage) must also provide: proof of re-entry permit to the issuing country, and a return or onward ticket (except for crew members of transportation vessels). You are not permitted to sell goods or services in Indonesia, receive wages, salaries, or any form of compensation from individuals or companies within Indonesia. Legally pursue full-time studies in Indonesia. You may bring your family to live with you, provided they meet immigration eligibility requirements. Freely enter and exit Indonesia during your stay, as long as your re-entry permit remains valid. Engage in tourism and visit friends or relatives during breaks or free time.
